We praise God for the number of denominations represented at the launch of Reality Alice Springs and to sense the enthusiasm at this opportunity for local churches to impact people throughout regional Australia as the Vision Radio Network carries the Gospel message that will be preached at Alice Springs nationwide.
On the morning of the launch, Robbo from Vision Radio broadcast from Todd Mall in front of the historic John Flynn memorial.
Guest speakers were David Ingram from Billy Graham Evangelistic Association Canada, and Rodney Trinidad from Billy Graham Evangelistic Association Australia/New Zealand.
The worship and messages were very encouraging and the preparation needed in the lead up to Reality Alice Springs on the 20th  – 22nd May was clearly explained.
The two Co-Chairmen of the Reality Alice Springs Committee, the Steering Committee and the Executive Leadership Team made up of a cross section of denominations in Alice Springs, were all introduced during the event and were prayed for.
People lingered for a long time afterwards, fellowshipping over supper, seeking more information and volunteering.
We are thankful to God for all those who signed up to serve in 41 volunteer roles including attendance, arrangements, children’s team, communications team, community action plan team, finance, prayer, pastoral and youth team.
